Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address. However, we recommend registering for an account to save items to your Wishlist and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

How do I place an order on your site?
1. Browse by category or search for a specific style or trend from the top navigation menu.
2. Select your desired piece and click 'Add to cart.'
3. Once you've added all items, proceed to checkout.
4. Sign in to your account or continue as a guest.
5. Enter your shipping address, payment method, and delivery details to complete your order.
6. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation, and we’ll keep you updated on its status every step of the way.

Where can I find size & fit advice?
Click on the ‘Size Guide’ link on any product page to view our detailed size conversion chart.

Can I cancel my ACTADORNED order or make changes to it?
You can make changes to your order if it has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service team at ACT ADORNED for assistance. More details can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

I have forgotten my password: What should I do?
Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?' link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email to reset your password.

Why is ACT ADORNED pricing special?
At ACT ADORNED, you’re shopping for pieces from luxury brands and partners around the world, carefully curated by our team. Prices may vary by partner, so the same item might be priced differently. Note: Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it.

When will my card be charged?
If you pay by debit or credit card, full payment is typically taken once your order is ready for shipping. However, your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

What is ACT ADORNED's returns policy?
We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs and import duties/taxes if applicable) for any items returned within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note: We cannot accept returns based on scent. For more details, please review the Returns and Refunds page.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and verify your return, our customer service team will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually take 10 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing time. For more details, please review the Returns and Refunds page

I have received the wrong item in my order. What should I do?
Please contact us at hello@actadorned.com and provide pictures of the item (front, back, and any defects), the tags attached to it, and any packaging labels or documents. This information helps us investigate and resolve the issue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

How can I get a better understanding of how a piece will fit?
Visit the product page and select the ‘Size & Fit’ tab to view details about the size, fit, cut, and model measurements. Material composition and care instructions are available under ‘The Details’ tab.

What's the difference between size, fit, cut, and material?
Size refers to the designer’s label size.
Fit describes how the item will fit on the body.
Cut refers to the silhouette of the item.
Material indicates what the item is made from.

Why do designer sizes vary?
International sizes can differ, and some designers have larger or smaller fits. That’s why we provide specific sizing information for each item.

What if my item doesn't fit?
If your item doesn’t fit, you may return the item. You can place a new order online or contact us for assistance.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
Delivery charges depend on your location and the shipping method selected. We aim to deliver within 3-5 business days, but please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays during transit may occur due to factors beyond our control.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
Once your order is confirmed, it will typically be dispatched immediately. However, please be advised that in rare circumstances, dispatch may take up to two business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information and an estimated delivery date by email. You can also track your order in the 'My Orders' section of your account.

How can I change my order address?
If your order hasn’t been processed, we can help you change the shipping address. If it has already been processed but not shipped, we’ll submit your request to our partner for confirmation.
